The KNOWLEDGE BANK APKA is dedicated to people who want to get acquainted with the 4 permanent exhibitions presented at the Gorlice Museum on their own via smartphones or tablets.The audioguide presents the most important events in the history of the Gorlice Land in an attractive way, e.g.
: the beginnings of the oil industry and the activities of its creator Ignacy Łukasiewicz or the course and significance of one of the most important battles of World War I - the Battle of Gorlice.
We also have the opportunity to learn about the nearly 700-year-old history of Gorlice and the folk culture of this region created by Pogórzans and Lemkos.
The following sightseeing paths in Polish have been prepared for you to choose from:a) individual sightseeing,b) family sightseeing,c) sightseeing by visually impaired people using the audio description method,d) sightseeing by people with hearing impairment (contents in Polish Sign Language and readable in accordance with the WCAG 2.0 standard).
